  • Create goals - Goals provide direction and purpose. Whether it’s personal growth, healing, or finding meaning, we’ll create a roadmap.

  • Discover hope - Even in the darkest moments, hope exists. We’ll uncover sources of hope—whether through connections, memories, or inner resilience.

  • Make a plan - We’ll design a plan to navigate grief while honoring your emotions. Learning to coexist with grief is a courageous path towards finding gratitude.

Grief, that heavy companion, lingers in the quiet corners of our hearts. It does not disappear but rather transforms. Over time, we learn to embrace its presence, to honor the memories it holds. As our relationship with grief shifts, we learn to carry it, not as a burden, but as a tender reminder of love and loss. We learn to coexist, to hold space for both joy and sorrow. And in this delicate balance, we discover a new way of being—one that honors the past while embracing the present.

So let us walk alongside grief, acknowledging its weight, yet refusing to be consumed. Let us hold close the fragments of memory, woven into the fabric of our souls. Let us be amazed by the resilience of the human heart—a heart that can hold both ache and laughter, loss and love, side by side.

This is the beautiful lake Michigan. It’s a special place that my heart found comfort when I experienced the worst pain my heart has endured thus far.
